Scope of work
12x16.5 Garage Build
Our current project is building a custom garage including 8ft walls, a 6/12 gable roof, 1ft overhangs, an 8x7 garage door, and double doors with a ramp.
Design
The fine details.
This garage is built on 12 individual footings with 6x6 posts connecting to the 2x8 floor joist system. The floor joist system consists of 2-ply rim joists and a 2-ply center beam. The walls are sheathed with T11 LP Smart Siding. The roof system is 2x6 framed with collar ties.

Foundation
Currently, the foundation work is wrapping up on the build with the footers installed and prepped for the 6x6 post.
